- 2 bunches Watercress (or arugula)
- 1 bunch Dill
- 1 lemon
- 14 ozs Cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish cream
- salt
- peppers
- 14 ozs Smoked salmon (in slices)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse dill and 1 bunch watercress, shake dry and chop finely. Rinse lemon in hot water, pat dry and halve. Squeeze lemon half for juice and slice remaining half.

Mix herbs with cream cheese, cream and horseradish until smooth and season with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Place slightly overlapping smoked salmon slices on bamboo mat lined with plastic wrap. Spread cream cheese on salmon and use a bamboo mat to roll up. Press firmly and cut into 1 inch wide pieces.
4.
Rinse remaining watercress, shake dry, arrange on 4 plates with lemon slices and serve topped with salmon and cream cheese rolls.
