- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heaped)
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1.111 cups cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps cream
- lemon juice
- 1 Horseradish
- Dill (chopped, some set aside to garnish)
- 14 ozs smoked Salmon
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the milk, flour and a pinch of salt until smooth. Stir in the eggs and leave the batter to steep for 15 minutes.

Fry 4 crepes one after the other in hot butter on a medium heat. Once golden, remove from the pan and leave to cool.

Mix together the cream cheese, cream, lemon juice and the horseradish until smooth. Season with salt, ground black pepper and stir in the chopped dill.

Spread the crepes thinly with the cream cheese and top with the smoked salmon. Roll up and cut into slices 2-3 cm thick. Fasten with cocktail sticks and arrange on a platter garnished with the remaining dill.
