- 500 grams Gravlax (in slices)
- 200 cream cheese
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- 2 tsps lemon juice
Preparation steps

Vigorously mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream and lemon juice with an electric mixer. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the salmon slices, roll up and serve decoratively.
