- 5 slices Whole Grain Toast
- 75 grams Sunflower seed
- 2 bunches Chives
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 40 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Toast bread and cut into 20 triangles. Lightly toast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan. Grind about 1/3 of the seeds and chop the rest. Rinse chives and thinly slice crosswise.

Mix cream cheese with yogurt, ground sunflower seeds and half of the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a plain tip. Pipe mixture decoratively onto toast triangles. Garnish with chives and chopped sunflower seeds.
