4 ripe Banana (medium-sized; straight as possible)
120 grams cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsps butter (softened)
2 tsps honey

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the tips off of the bananas, do not peel. Place in an oven preheated to 220°C (approximately 425°F) and bake until the peel is almost black. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Switch the oven to the broiler mode. 

2.

Mix the cream cheese, butter and honey together. Slice the bananas down the middle and place in an ovenproof dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the bananas and broil until bubbly. Serve immediately.
