- 7 ozs Baguette (sliced)
- 1 ¾ cups low-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup low-fat, natural Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tomatoes (quartered, seeds removed and finely chopped)
- 4 scallions (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps Chives
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the baguette until golden-brown.

Mix the cream cheese with yogurt and the lemon juice until it forms a smooth paste. Season with salt, ground pepper and Tabasco.
3.
Keep a handful of tomato and spring onions aside for the garnish. Mix the rest of them in with the cream cheese. Divide into small bowls.
4.
Garnish with the rest of the tomato, scallions/spring onions and chives and serve with the toasted baguette.
