2 small Apple
300 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
1 Tbsp butter
1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp slivered almonds
2 Tbsps Oats
6 Tbsps Granola
2 Red currant

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and mash the banana with a fork. Rinse the apples, halve and core. Thinly slice 4 of the apples and set aside. Peel the remaining apples, if desired, and finely grate. In a bowl, blend the banana with the grated apples and yogurt.

Melt the butter in a skillet. Stir in the vanilla sugar, almonds and oatmeal until golden and fragrant. Allow to cool slightly. Once cooled, stir into the yogurt mixture.

3.

Rinse currants and remove stems. Serve the muesli in bowls garnished with the apple slices and currants.
