300 grams Whole Grain Oats
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
2 Tbsps unsalted Shelled peanut
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
6 Tbsps Corn oil
3 Tbsps Maple syrup
100 grams mixed Dried Fruit

Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir the oat flakes with the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, peanuts and sesame seeds. Heat the oil and maple syrup in a large pot over low heat until loose and syrupy. Add the oat mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.

Spread the cereal mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in a 150°C (approximately 300°F) oven on the middle rack until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Stir the mixture with a fork. Remove and allow to cool completely.

3.

Finely chop the dried fruit and mix with the muesli. Store the muesli in a container with an airtight lid until ready to use.
