- 1 Cucumber
- 14 fluid ozs milk
- 14 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Dill
- 1 generous pinch Wasabi
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Sea salt
- cayenne pepper
- Dill (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the cucumber and cut four slices for the garnish. Peel the rest, chop roughly and process in a blender with the milk, yogurt, dill, wasabi and lemon juice.

Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste and distribute into glasses.
Serve garnished with halved cucumber slices and dill.
