Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into thin slices. Rinse the cucumber and chop into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic.

2.

Mix the chives, cucumber, garlic, yogurt, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer into 4 glasses and garnish with pink pepper.
