500 grams Halibut

2 Tbsps butter
1 lemon (Juiced)
2 Radicchio
1 Cucumber
1 jar (210 grams) gherkins
2 tart Apple
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps cream
4 tsps medium-hot Mustard
1 Tbsp lingonberry

Preparation steps

1.

Cut fish fillets into bite size pieces and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and fry fish cubes briefly on all sides.

Add lemon juice to the pan and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.

3.

Rinse radicchio, trim and drain. Rinse cucumber, trim and cut into thin strips. Drain gherkin and cut into small pieces. Rinse apples, quarter, remove seeds and cut apples into smaller pieces.

4.

Mix mayonnaise in a bowl with cream, mustard and cranberry and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Mix cucumber, apple and gherkin in a bowl. Arrange radicchio on plates, cover with cucumber mixture and top with fish pieces. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over top and serve.
