50 grams golden raisin

300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Lime juice
1 pinch ground allspice

Preparation steps

Soak the raisins in a little warm water for about 10 minutes. Peel the cucumber in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out with a spoon. Cut the cucumber in about 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) cubes, add a little salt and let stand for about 30 minutes.

Then, drain in a colander. Rinse the mint leaves, pluck (set some aside for garnish) and coarsely chop. Mix the mint with the yogurt and add the drained raisins. Season the diced cucumber with lime juice and allspice. Distribute into bowls and serve garnished with mint leaves.
