Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and remove the stem. Cut into wedges, and then into smaller bite-sized pieces. Rinse the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the onion and finely chop.

3.

Rinse, dry, and chop the parsley.

4.

Mix the tomato, cucumber, and onion with the parsley, oil, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve on plates.

5.

Crumble the goat cheese, then sprinkle over the salad.
