- 3 balls Buffalo mozzarella
- 1 handful Arugula
- 3 sprigs Basil
- 12 slices Bresaola
- 1 Tbsp cracked Black pepper
- olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop the mozzarella. Tear up the rocket and chop the basil leaves.
2.
Lay out the bresaola slices then place rocket, mozzarella and basil in the centre. Roll up the meat and place on a serving platter.
3.
Drizzle over olive oil, cracked pepper and salt. Leave for 30 minutes for the flavours to amalgamate. Serve with grilled slices of ciabatta or similar.
