- 1.333 cups Chorizo (thinly sliced diagonally)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 5 cups Mushrooms (halved or quartered)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 handful parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Fry the chorizo in hot oil for a few minutes.

Add the mushrooms and the garlic and fry together for 4-5 minutes.

Stir in the parsley and season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.
