1 tsp Curry powder

Preparation steps

Peel garlic. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Reserve 2 teaspoon chives aside for garnish. Rinse lemon in hot water, finely grate half of peel and squeeze juice. Mix yogurt with cream until smooth, press in the garlic, mix in lemon zest and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add curry powder and season with salt and pepper.

To serve, fill bowls with dip and garnish with chives. If desired, serve with sesame crackers.
