8 ¼ ozs almonds
1 ¾ ozs Shelled peanut
9 ozs Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
5 ¼ ozs butter
4 ¼ ozs Powdered sugar from Raw cane sugar
2 eggs
8 ozs whole spelt flour
1 tsp Baking powder
3 Tbsps natural peanut butter

1 Baking dish (approx. 24 x 24 cm)

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop almonds and peanuts. Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot water bath, then let it cool down a bit.

Add powdered sugar to chocolate mixture, then stir in eggs well. Mix flour with baking powder, sift, fold in gradually. Pour the batter into the baking pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle the seeds on top.

Spread the peanut butter in blobs and bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 ˚F for approx. 35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Then remove from the pan and let cool completely on a cooling rack. Cut into pieces to serve.
