9 ozs Dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
3 Tbsps honey
1 cup almonds (roughly chopped)
1 cup dried Apricot (roughly chopped)
1 cup dried Cranberry

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chopped chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, taking care that the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
2.
Remove the bowl from the pan and stir in the honey.
3.
Reserve about a quarter of the almonds, apricots and cranberries and mix the rest into the chocolate.
4.
Spread the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and scatter over the reserved fruit and nuts.
5.
Chill in the fridge for at least one hour or until the chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
