- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise

- 1 french Baguette (sliced)
- butter (for spreading)
- Lettuce (to serve)
- cherry Tomatoes (to serve)

Preparation steps

Place the chicken, chives, parsley, spring onions, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until you have a coarse spread. Season with salt and pepper.

Butter the slices of bread and make sandwiches with the chicken spread. Serve with the lettuce and tomatoes.
