Preparation steps
1.
Hold the lobster on the breastplace and turn the scissors on the body.
2.
Turn on the lower cross-brace and hit the body with the blade back of large scissors.

Pull apart the lower part at the joint and remove the meat.
4.
Pull apart the claws, loosen the meat and pull it out.
5.
Use a sharp knife at the back of the head to remove it and halve the head.
