- 250 grams Steak
- 125 milliliters Rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 40 grams sugar
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped oregano
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped mint
- freshly ground peppers

- 100 grams cooked Glass noodles
- 8 Iceberg lettuce
- 1 chopped chili pepper
- juice of Limes
Preparation steps

Freeze the steak freeze briefly, then cut into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic and place in a bowl with the rice vinegar, sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and the herbs, season with pepper add the meat turning to coat, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F). Lift the meat from the marinade, pat dry and place on a wire rack, set over a baking sheet and let dry in the oven with the door ajar for 2-3 hours.

Place the dried beef on the lettuce leaves, top with cooked glass noodles and mint leaves, season with a little chile and lime juice and roll up.
