100 grams dried Tomatoes
60 milliliters white balsamic vinegar
300 grams Feta
1 handful Caper (wild garlic capers)
2 sheets Wild garlic
2 red chili peppers
250 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Place the tomatoes in a bowl.

Boil 200 ml of water (approximately 3/4 cup) with the vinegar and pour it over the tomatoes. Infuse for about 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Dice the feta cheese and rinse the capers. Rinse the wild garlic, strip from the stalk and chop finely. Rinse and peel the chile peppers.

3.

Mix the tomatoes with the feta cheese, the capers, the wild garlic and chile peppers and fill a prepared jar with the mixture. Pour in the oil so that everything is well covered.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate before serving.
