Ingredients
for
4
- Ingredients
- ¼ bunch parsley
- 60 grams dried, pickled Tomatoes (in oil)
- 100 grams Feta
- 2 Tbsps black, pitted Olives
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 4 large ripe Apple
- 4 Tbsps butter (in flakes)
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C top (approximately 350°F). Rinse the parsley, shake dry, place 1 sprig for decoration aside and finely chop the rest. In a bowl, drain the tomatoes, chop finely and combine with parsley. Cut the feta into small cubes and mix in. Chop the olives and add along with the breadcrumbs. Combine everything together and season with lemon juice.
2.
Rinse the apples, cut off lids and core the apples generously. Grease a small baking dish, put in the apples, fill the apples with the tomato mixture and put pats of butter over top. Place the lids at an angle and bake the apples in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with parsley and pepper and serve with fresh white bread.
