200 grams green soybean (fresh or frozen)
1 garlic clove
2 centimeters ginger
100 grams shiitake mushrooms
4 scallions
80 milliliters sesame oil
1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
Chili powder
16 Wonton wrapper
1 handful dried paprika

Preparation steps

Rinse edameme and blanch in salted water. Shock in ice water and drain well. Puree beans in a blender.

Peel and mince garlic and ginger. Rinse mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Sauté together with mushrooms in 1 tablespoon hot oil in a frying pan or a wok for 1-2 minutes. Remove and let cool. Then mix with edamame and season with hoisin sauce and chili powder.

Place about 1 tablespoon on the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold around dough and press firmly. Place in a steamer and cook for about 15 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Meanwhile, coarsely chop chile peppers and cook in remaining oil in a hot pan.

Serve dumplings drizzled with chile oil.
