Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Peel and slice onion. Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse spinach, spin dry and chop finely.

In a pan, fry chicken pieces in hot oil until browned. Season with salt and pepper, remove and set aside. In the remaining fat, fry onion slices 1-2 minutes. Add spinach and olives and cook 2-3 minutes more.

3.

Drain pasta and add to the pan, along with the chicken. Toss briefly to combine and season again with salt and pepper. Serve pasta on warmed plates, garnished with basil.
