20 grams butter
300 grams shrimp (ready to cook, peeled)
300 grams fresh Tortellini (finished product from the refrigerated section)
100 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Trim zucchini, rinse and cut into thin slices. Trim arugula, rinse, shake dry and chop finely.

Heat butter in a pan and cook the frozen peas, zucchini and arugula for about 5 minutes. Add shrimp, sear, and cook while covered about 7 minutes. Stir the cream into the pan and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Meanwhile cook tortellini in plenty of boiling salted water according to package information. Strain tortellini, drain and serve with the vegetables and shrimp sauce on plate.
