- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cloves
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 egg yolks
- 2.333 cups plain Greek yogurt
- grated Nutmeg
- To serve
- 6 Cinnamon stick
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the milk, vanilla, cloves and cinnamon in a pan and bring to a simmer. Cook gently for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Whisk the egg yolks, then whisk into the warm milk mixture. Leave to stand until cool.
3.
Pour through a sieve into a jug and add the yoghurt. Mix well.
4.
Pour into serving cups and sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Place a cinnamon stick in each cup.
