- 4 Tortillas
- 200 grams Feta
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps chopped Hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)
- 200 grams Arugula
- salt
- lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Heats the tortilla briefly as specified on the package and let cool o lukewarm. Mix the feta with the cream cheese, the cream, nuts and herbs.
2.
Trim, rinse and roughly chop half the arugula. Stir into the cheese mixture and season with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Spread onto the tortillas and top with the remaining arugula. Roll up and serve.
