- 600 grams ground Beef
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 1 kaiser roll (day-old)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 150 grams Feta
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 20 grams butter
- salt
- peppers
- 4 White rolls
- grainy Mustard
- Tomatoes
Preparation steps

Soak roll in 1/8th-liter lukewarm water. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Sauté onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil and let cool. Rinse and finely chop parsley. In a bowl, mix together parsley, ground beef, egg and roll (squeezed to remove water). Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Cut feta into cubes. Form meat mixture into 8 patties. Insert cheese cubes into the middle of each patty. Fry patties in remaining olive oil and butter over medium heat, 5 minutes per side.

If desired, serve feta burgers on sliced rolls with grainy mustard and tomato slices.
