- 4 ozs Feta
- 2 ozs Corn (canned)
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 pickled green Pepperoncini
- ½ lemon
- 3 sprigs Dill
- 4 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- salt
- peppers
- 6 Taco shells (about 75 grams)

Preparation steps
Break feta cheese into small pieces with a fork. Drain corn in a sieve.
Rinse tomatoes and cut into quarters. Drain peperoncini briefly, remove the stems and cut into thin rings.
Squeeze half a lemon. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop finely.
Mix yogurt with dill. Stir in feta cheese, tomatoes, corn and peperoncini. Season mixture with salt, pepper and about 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Fill taco shells with feta cheese mixture. If there is any filling left over, serve it alongside the tacos.
