- 2 carrots (cut into sticks)
- 1 Red onion (diced)
- ½ small Cucumber (very thinly sliced)
- ½ Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- ½ Tbsp torn Basil
- salt
- peppers
- 1.333 cups Cheddar cheese (cut into sticks)
- To garnish
- mint
