- 4 Flour tortillas
- 4 Tbsps Hummus
- Lettuce (or spinach)
- ½ Red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 firm Tomato (diced)
- 4 slices Roast beef
- salt
- peppers
- cilantro
- To serve
- diced Tomatoes
- chopped Basil
- Potato chip
Preparation steps
1.
Spread the tortillas with the hummus.
2.
Lay the lettuce or spinach leaves on top.
3.
Divide the onion and tomato between the wraps and place a slice of beef on each wrap. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Place a few coriander leaves on each wrap. Roll up the wraps and cut each into 2-3 pieces.
5.
Serve with a bowl of diced tomatoes sprinkled with basil and potato crisps.
