1 cup Tuna (drained)
1 Tbsp Caper (drained)
½ bunch parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C | 400F | gas 6.
2.
Drizzle the tomatoes with oil, season and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until blackened and soft.
3.
Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain and toss with a little oil.
4.
Flake the tuna into the tomatoes with the capers and parsley and pour everything over the pasta. Serve hot.
