1 Tbsp green Curry paste
150 milliliters fish stock
light Fish sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry, and chop. Peel the onions and chop roughly. Rinse the peppers, pat dry and chop roughly.

Fry the fish in hot oil briefly in a pan. Add the onions and peppers and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Stir in the curry paste and pour in the stock. Braise for about 3-4 minutes and season with fish sauce.

3.

Serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
