4 scallions
2 Tomatoes
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse salmon and steam for about 8 minutes. Shred into small pieces and cool. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Blanch tomatoes in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel. Quarter and remove seeds, dice finely. Whisk creme fraiche with horseradish until smooth and season with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Combine salmon, scallions and tomatoes and creme fraiche mixture, season to taste.
