2 ⅔ cups Tuna (diced)
1 ½ Tbsps freshly grated ginger (diced)
2 cloves garlic cloves (diced)
4 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp Turmeric
cayenne pepper
1 Mango (diced)
½ Cucumber (diced)
½ Red onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (diced)
1 yellow chili pepper (diced)
1 handful cilantro (leaves chopped)
1 handful parsley (leaves chopped)
1 Lime (juiced)
4 wraps
½ cup Sour cream
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the fish, ginger, garlic, oil, turmeric, salt, ground white pepper and cayenne pepper and leave to steep for around 15 minutes.
2.
Mix together the mango, cucumber, onion, tomato, chilli and herbs. Stir in the lime juice and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Fry the tuna in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes. Heat the wraps in a separate pan for around 1 minute on each side. Spread the tuna and the mango salsa on the wraps and drizzle with 2 tbsp sour cream. Roll up and serve.
