300 grams potatoes (cooked)
300 grams Zucchini
200 grams Mushrooms (such as forest mushrooms or chestnut mushrooms)
50 grams Bacon (cut in slices)
salt

3 Tbsps butter
½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Rinse the zucchini and cut into slices. Trim the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, if necessary.

2.

Fry the bacon fry in a large pan. Take out the bacon from the pan and set aside. Heat butter in the same pan and fry the potatoes, zuchhini and and mushroom over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the basil and fry briefly.

3.

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper, and serve with the fried bacon in small bowl. Serve to taste with grated cheese.
