500 grams small, cooked potatoes (from the day before)
100 grams Bacon
5 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Rinse the dandelion, shake dry and cut the stems.

2.

Cut the bacon into thin strips and cook until crispy. Add the potato slices and saute. Pour the bacon and potatoes into a bowl and let cool. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into rolls. Place the dandelion on plates and cover with the potato mixture. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
