3 Tbsps Ghee

2 onions
1 bay leaf
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 pinch ground Cumin
1 pinch ground cilantro
4 eggs

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Fry in 2 tablespoons hot ghee for about 5 minutes until light golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Peel the onion, cut into strips and add to the potatoes with the bay leaf, garam masala, cumin and coriander. Fry all together for another 5 minutes.

3.

Fry four eggs in remaining ghee. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve with the fried eggs.
