400 grams redfish fillet
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Pastry flour (to thicken)
1 stalk Leeks
300 grams Oyster mushrooms
Peanut oil (for frying)

Lime juice (to taste)

Preparation steps

Rinse fish and pat dry. Mix lemon juice in a bowl with soy sauce, sugar and salt. Add fish to the bowl and let rest for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse leeks and cut into thin half-rings. Trim oyster mushrooms and cut into strips. Place some flour on a plate.

In a wok, heat some oil. Cover fish with flour, cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) wide strips, fry in the wok until golden brown and slide to the edge. Add oyster mushrooms to the wok and fry, then add leeks, mix with fish and season to taste with soy sauce and lime juice. Serve in bowls.
