500 grams Broccoli
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsps butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
50 grams grated Gouda

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse broccoli and divide into florets. Blanch for  4 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and rinse in cold water, drain well. 

2.

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Beat eggs and add to the pan. Arrange broccoli on top of eggs, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese.

3.

Cover and cook on low heat until ready. Remove from heat and cut into slices and serve.
