- 9 ozs Blueberries
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 4 ozs Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
This recipe is also perfect with raspberries, blackberries or currants.
Preparation steps
Wash and drain the blueberries. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Mix yogurt with vanilla pulp and lime juice.
Poke blueberries one after the other on a toothpick and pull them through the yogurt until all blueberries are covered with the yogurt. Place the blueberries one after the other in a freezer-proof casserole dish and freeze for at least 1 hour.
