Greek yogurt contains valuable protein and calcium. Calcium ensures stable bones, protein is important for building and maintaining muscles, bones and organs. Berries provide valuable fiber and secondary plant compounds - and contain hardly any sugar.
Alternatively, you can use other sweeteners such as agave syrup or maple syrup instead of honey. You can also vary the berries.

- 10 ozs Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 14 ozs Berry
- 2 Tbsps chopped pistachios
- 2 Tbsps cacao nib

Preparation steps
Mix Greek yogurt with honey and half of the berries. Stir in one tablespoon each of pistachios and cocoa nibs.
Now pour the yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray and smooth it out. Then sprinkle with remaining berries, pistachios and cocoa nibs and freeze for about 4-5 hours.
Briefly rinse the back of the ice cube tray under warm water to make it easier to get the finished FroYo Bites out of the mold and serve immediately!
