2 Tbsps ground almonds
2 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Blanch the peaches in hot water, rinse in cold, peel, halve, remove the pits and dice. Rinse the raspberries. Rinse the apples, quarter, remove the cores and cube. Rinse and halve the grapes. Mix the fruit with the lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Spread the fruit into a baking dish.

Separate the egg. Beat the egg white until stiff. Stir in the quark and almonds. Stir in the egg yolk, powdered sugar and orange zest until smooth. Spread the mixture over the fruit. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
