Healthy, because

Even smarter

This crunchy fruit salad with yoghurt gives power for the day and makes you really fit! The different types of fruit not only provide immune strengthening vitamin C, but also important minerals such as magnesium and potassium from the banana, which are needed for strong nerves and healthy muscles, among other things. The necessary protein is covered by the kernel mixture on a vegetable basis, but also by the Greek yoghurt.

Depending on how fast it has to go, the seedy fruit salad can also be prepared the day before. The next morning breakfast is then topped only with yoghurt and seeds and can be enjoyed directly.
