Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples, peel, remove the cores and cut into cubes. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin and cut the fillets apart. Squeeze the juice from the orange peel.

2.

Rinse, drain and, as appropriate, chop the berries. Rinse the grapes and cut in half. Rinse the currants. Rinse the nectarines, halve, remove the seeds and dice. Mix the fruit in a bowl with the orange juice. Sweeten to taste with sugar. Serve garnished with mint.
