- 1 Kiwi
- 1 smaller Apple
- 150 grams Strawberries
- 100 grams Blueberries
- 100 grams Raspberries
- 100 grams red Grape (or cherries)
- 1 Peach
- 100 grams Pineapple
- powdered sugar (as needed)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp Orange liqueur
- 4 Cape gooseberries (for garnish)
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix lemon juice, apple juice and orange liqueur in a bowl. Peel kiwi, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Rinse and drain berries and grapes. Cut strawberriesin half or quarter depending on the size. Blanch peaches, peel, halve, pit and cut flesh into bite-size pieces.

Cut pineapple flesh into small pieces if necessary. Rinse apples, dry, cut in half, remove core and cut flesh into narrow wedges. Put all pieces of fruit in the bowl and mix with the marinade. Sweeten to taste with a little powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves and gooseberries.
