Preparation steps

1.

Brew the fruit tea leaves with 750 ml (approximately 3 cups) boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and chill.

Rinse berries and drain.

Stir raspberry syrup and lemon juice into fruit tea and chill for about 2 hours.

4.

To serve, pour mixture into a glass pitcher and top off with cold sparkling water. Serve berries alongside.
