400 grams mixed Fruit (such as papaya, pineapple, strawberries, Pfisiche)
4 sprigs Lemon balm
800 milliliters Fruit tea (freshly brewed and cooled)
12 Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fruit. Peel, remove the stone, and finely dice depending on the fruit you are using. Rinse the lemon balm and pat dry. 

2.

Place the chilled tea into four glasses. Add 2-3 ice cubes and the diced fruit to each glass. Garnish with the lemon balm and serve.
