3 Tbsps honey
4 Tbsps Sake
1 medium Watermelon
4 Kiwi
10 fresh Lychee
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

1.

In a small pot, simmer 300 ml (approximately 10 ounces) water, jasmine tea leaves, honey and sake for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

2.

Cut watermelon in half, remove any seeds and scoop out fruit with a melon baller.

3.

Peel kiwi and cut into slices.

4.

Peel lychees and remove pit. 

5.

Toast sunflower seeds in a dry skillet.

6.

Mix prepared fruit in a bowl and pour tea syrup through a sieve over fruits. Let steep for approximately 8 hours, stirring occasionally.

7.

Serve in bowls garnished with toasted sunflower seeds.
